Highway release on São Paulo’s northern coast should take two months

São Paulo State Secretary of Environment, Infrastructure and Logistics, Natália Resende, informed that the liberation of the Mogi-Bertioga road on the northern coast of São Paulo (SP) would occur in two months.

The work started on Tuesday (21), costing almost R$10 million (US$1.93 million).

The highway is blocked in both directions, between kilometers 77, in Mogi das Cruzes, and 98, already in Bertioga.

The road is one of the connections between the metropolitan region of São Paulo and the coast.
