RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Rio Oil & Gas conference, Latin America's largest oil event, has been deferred by a year, to September 2022, due to concerns related to the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil, organizers said on Friday.
The conference had its date rescheduled after the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Institute of Oil and Gas (IBP) analyzed all scenarios related to the Covid-19 pandemic, including the progress in vaccination coverage this year.
