RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro concentrate the ranking of the ten most expensive neighborhoods per square meter in the country. Leblon in Rio de Janeiro tops the ranking with R$21,612.19 (US$3,825) per square meter, according to the October survey by DataZAP+, ZAP's information service, in collaboration with FipeZAP.
In second place among the most expensive neighborhoods in Vila Nova Conceição in São Paulo, with a price per square meter of R$20,569.77 (US$3,640). Rio and São Paulo each . . .
