RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer said yesterday, April 25th, in a press release that it "firmly believes that Boeing has improperly terminated" the agreement whereby the American company would buy the Brazilian company's regional jet unit for US$4.2 billion.
The termination of the merger had been announced earlier in the day by Boeing, which claimed that Embraer has not fulfilled all the provisions in the agreement required to complete . . .
