(Opinion) This is an atypical government, and not only because it marks the return of a president for a third term.
The political circumstances show that there are no very rigid time limits for this Lula 3 period.
The tight vote in the presidential elections, of only 1.8 percentage points among the valid votes, indicated that it would not be easy.
It is quite true that the power vacuum left by Bolsonaro helped, but Lula has the merits of very quickly sewing an alliance with Arthur Lira and Rodrigo Pacheco and approving, even before taking office . . .
