Survey puts Brazil as the leader in optimism among 36 countries

In a year that begins under fears of global recession and concerns about war and the environment, Brazil stands out as a population with confidence on the rise.

This is what a survey promoted by the Ipsos institute shows: among 36 nations, the country leads the ranking of confidence that 2023 will be better than the previous year.

According to the survey conducted between the end of October and the beginning of November, 85% of Brazilians, or eight out of ten, said they are optimistic that 2023 will be better than 2022.
