Number of People Worldwide Cured of Coronavirus Exceeds 200,000

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - 202,935: This is the number of people who have been cured worldwide in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic by the end of Thursday morning, April 2nd, according to Johns Hopkins University. China, the country where the virus emerged in late December, is the leader in the number of people cured, with over 76,000 people recovered. Next comes Spain, with 26,743, Germany, with 19,175 and Italy, with 16,847.

In Brazil, 127 people have been cured to date, according to real-time monitoring by Johns Hopkins.
