Drivers in São Paulo Suspected of “Hosting” Other Drivers’ Fines for Money

DETRAN identified four driver's licenses in the city of Campinas, São Paulo, linked to the scheme. One license has 4,500 points, and another shows 614 points. This practice is a crime.
