Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro announced today the appointment of Manuel Vicente Vadell as the new ambassador of the South American country to the Federative Republic of Brazil, after the reestablishment of diplomatic relations.
Maduro reported, after meeting with Manuel Vicente Vadell, that he decided to "designate him as the new Ambassador of Venezuela in the Federative Republic of Brazil, as of January 1, 2023."
