President Lacalle Pou emphasizes to U.S. investors that Uruguay seeks to “open up to the world”

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The President of Uruguay, Luis Lacalle Pou, reiterated this Monday (21) to representatives of investment funds and private capital in the United States that his country has "a vocation to open up to the world" both financially and commercially.
