In the midst of the political crisis that has plunged Peru into a flurry of events where Congress sometimes wins and other times the Executive Branch led by Pedro Castillo regains ground, the Movimiento Ciudadano Integridad (Integrity Citizen Movement) filed a constitutional complaint over the issue of trust that Former Prime Minister Aníbal Torres intervened before the Plenary Session of Congress to repeal the so-called 'Anti-Referendum Law'.
