Piñera’s program for Tuesday begins with paying his respects at the Pantheon of Heroes, in the historic center of the capital, where the remains of Paraguay’s heroes are kept. He will then go to the Government Palace to meet with Abdo Benítez, followed by signing a joint declaration.

After other protocol acts, Piñera plans to visit the Expo Ganadera 2021, the most important livestock fair in the country, organized every year in the city of Mariano Roque Alonso, on the outskirts of Asunción, by the Rural Association of Paraguay.

Executives of this association, the country’s largest agricultural producers’ association, will hold a meeting with Piñera, whose country is the second-largest market for Paraguayan beef after Russia.
