Paraguay Will Restrict Social Events, Ban Nightly Sale of Alcohol to Combat Covid-19

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Paraguayan Ministry of Health announced this Friday, December 4th, new restrictions to combat the coronavirus pandemic, including the restriction of the sale of alcohol at night and the limitation of social gatherings.

Alcoholic beverages may not be sold in the country between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., except by restaurants, while social and corporate events may not last more than four hours, according to local media outlet ABC.
