RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Argentina's National Institute of Statistics and Census (Indec) calculated that Argentina's trade surplus reached US$14.75 billion in December 2021, which represented an increase of US$735 million compared to 2020.
This surplus was the result of a 42% increase in exports, which reached US$77.934 billion, and a 49.2% increase in imports, totaling US$63.184 billion.
