RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Argentine Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero talked with his Uruguayan counterpart, Francisco Bustillo, with the intention of "strengthening the commercial exchange between both countries", according to official sources this Tuesday (6).
Cafiero received Bustillo, and they agreed on two working meetings in November and December: the first one will be formed by the Argentine-Uruguayan Integration Commission (CIAU), which will address the bilateral relationship between Secretaries of State.
