Yesterday's data indicates a 7.8% increase in Brazil's tourism activity in July compared to the same month in 2022, marking a rebound in the industry.
The broader service field, including travel, grew 12.8% over last July.
The report says higher air travel, car rentals, and dining revenue fueled this growth. Other drivers include public road transport, hotels, and travel agencies.
