The Ministry of Defense has allocated a budget of US$27.52 million for the acquisition of a lot of 10,000 7.62x51 mm caliber assault rifles for the benefit of the III Division of the Peruvian Army.
The Minutes of the Administration Committee of the Fund for the Armed Forces and National Police, dated January 25, 2023, approved the financial allocation in favor of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces to meet the requirement related to the Public Investment Project (PIP).
