Covid vaccination in Brazil reaches 26.1 million, 12.36% of the population

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - In the last 24 hours, 155,701 people were administered the vaccine, according to data compiled by the media outlet consortium with health secretariats in 17 states and the Federal District.

Of the total immunized, 9,594,276 were administered the second dose, which represents 4.53% of the population fully vaccinated against the novel coronavirus. In the past 24 hours, 114,491 people were administered the booster dose.

Adding the first and second vaccines doses, Brazil administered 270,192 immunizers on Sunday.
