Covid-19: Brazil’s rolling average of deaths down for 12th consecutive day

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The downward trend in the rolling daily average of cases and deaths from Covid-19 has been maintained and on Thursday, July 1, Brazil registered a drop in the death rate for the 12th consecutive day.

The rolling daily average of victims of the disease totaled 1,564.9, the lowest since March 8.

The calculation of rolling averages consists in the sum of all records for the past 7 days, divided by 7, thereby enabling a broad perspective of the current pandemic situation.
