RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Ministry of Health's daily update shows that 88,539 deaths have already occurred in Brazil as a result of the novel coronavirus pandemic. Over the past 24 hours, 921 deaths have been recorded. The figure marked an increase of one percent in relation to Monday, July 27th, when the balance showed 87,618 deaths.
Also according to the portfolio, 40,816 new cases were added to the statistics over the past 24 hours. As a result, the total of accumulated cases reached 2,483,191. The number represents an increase of 1.6 percent . . .
