RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazil has recorded 13,210 new cases and 298 deaths as a result of covid-19 in the last 24 hours. According to data updated by the Ministry of Health on Sunday, 29, there are 579,308 deaths caused by the new coronavirus.
According to Statista, the leading German company specializing in market and consumer data, Brazil ranks fifth in Latin America for deaths per million in the last seven days. It is better positioned than Cuba, Honduras, Mexico, and Argentina. Worldwide, it ranks 18th.
