China supplies 95% of Brazil’s vaccines, says ambassador after Guedes’ speech

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Albeit not mentioning the economy minister, Yang Wanming spoke of China's importance for vaccination in Brazil.

China's ambassador to Brazil, Yang Wanming, used social networks to talk about the importance of the country in vaccination in Brazil, after Minister of Economy Paulo Guedes accused China of having "invented the coronavirus" and then apologized.

"So far China is the main supplier of vaccines and raw materials to Brazil, which account for 95% of the total received by Brazil and are enough to cover 60% of priority groups in the emergency phase. The Coronavac represents 84 . . .
