Uruguay has a strong renewable energy matrix that can be an example for other countries in the region, said the National Director of Energy of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining, Fitzgerald Cantero, in an interview with Sputnik news agency.
"Uruguay has an outstanding role [in the face of the energy challenges in the region] for all that its renewable matrix means (...), which has allowed it to be in the first places when it comes to seeing the things that have been done so that in any case in some countries we can try to go down the same . . .
