Spending by foreign tourists in Brazil exceeded US$4 billion in the first ten months of 2022, a record figure in the last three years, according to statistics released by the Central Bank.
According to the issuing entity, in 2020, foreign tourists spent US$2.9 billion in the country, and in 2021, the figure reached US$3 billion.
In the month of October of this year, expenditures amounted to US$413 million.
