OECD is already a broken dream for Peru on its bicentennial anniversary

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Looking for a milestone to celebrate the bicentenary of its independence in 2021, Peru set out, seven years ago, to join the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
