France permits entry of vaccinated tourists; Coronavac not included in approved list

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - France announced on Saturday (17) that the entry of tourists fully vaccinated against Covid-19 is permissible, regardless of the country of origin. With this, Brazilian travelers will also be able to go to the country.

However, only people who have received doses of immunizers approved by the European health agency will be allowed entry: those from AstraZeneca, Moderna, Pfizer, or Janssen. Persons who have received the Coronavac immunizer - the most common in Brazil - are therefore not included in the measure.
