Growing mistrust: Lula relieves 40 military personnel guarding presidential buildings

According to a resolution published this Tuesday in the Official Gazette of the Union, the Brazilian Government decided to relieve 40 military personnel who were guarding the buildings of the Presidency of the Republic.

The decision was made by the Ministry of the General Secretariat of the Presidency.

It covered Armed Forces members in charge of the special protection of the Planalto Palace and the official residences of Alvorada Palace and Granja do Torto in Brasília.
