RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Minister of Economy Paulo Guedes said that Brazil will be the "largest investment frontier in 2021" mentioning priorities such as railroads, coastal shipping, concessions, Eletrobras and Correios that should begin to progress with the new center-right leadership in the National Congress.
