RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The Industrial Business Confidence Index (ICEI) grew in May compared to April 2021, in 28 of the 30 industry sectors analyzed, the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) reported on May 26.
The index ranges from 0 to 100 points. Values above 50 points reflect the entrepreneur's confidence. The closer to 100, the higher and more widespread is confidence. The closer to 0, the lower the entrepreneur's confidence.
