RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - President Jair Bolsonaro sent today (14) to Congress the additional protocol that extends the agreement between Mercosur and Colombia. The text provides for the liberalization of trade in services and must be approved by Congress to enter into force.
The agreement's extension was submitted days before Colombian President Iván Duque's visit to Brazil on the 19th. Last week, representatives of the two countries had signed a memorandum to increase bilateral trade.
