RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Brazil has recorded 204 new deaths from the novel coronavirus disease in the past 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health released on Wednesday, April 15th. There have been 1,736 deaths by Covid-19 in the country so far.
The number of new deaths recorded is the same as noted on Tuesday, April 14th, a record.
The portfolio also reports 28,320 confirmed cases of the disease, an increase of 12 percent in one day. Last week, the country exceeded 20,000 confirmed cases of Covid-19.
