In Brasília, 34 elderly demonstrators are in jail because of the January 8 protests.
This Wednesday, it's been one month since the arrests began.
Of the elderly prisoners, five are over 70 years old, and ten are women.
In most cases, they are far from home.
Only two reside in Brasilia - the rest come from states from North to South of Brazil.
Almost 1,000 Brazilians are still detained.
