99 app makes mass layoffs in Brazil

Earlier this week, mobility company 99, which belongs to the Chinese group DiDi, began laying off employees in Brazil.

Around 800 people work for the company in the country. The cut list would include professionals from areas such as customer experience, human resources, security, social media and data analytics.
