Poll: 73% of Brazilians Want Elections to Continue Using Electronic Voting Machines

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - A Datafolha survey released by the newspaper "Folha de S.Paulo" on Saturday, January 2nd, shows that 73% of Brazilians want the elections to continue to be conducted using electronic voting machines. But 23% answered that they would like to use the paper voting system again. A total of 4% do not know.

The survey interviewed 2,016 adult Brazilians in all regions and states of the country, by phone calls to cell phones, between December 8th and 10th, 2020. The error margin is two percentage points.
