Brazilian politician Ciro Gomes, fourth in the national elections, has expressed his support for former President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva (2003-2011) in light of the election in which he will face current President Jair Bolsonaro, but without quoting him directly.
Previously, the party to which Gomes belongs, of a progressive nature, had already announced that it would support Lula da Silva in the campaign that is now starting and that the team of the leader of the Workers' Party (PT, left) accepted some of his proposals of the government program.
