Paraguayan Foreign Minister Julio Cesar Arriola will meet next week with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Washington as part of a tour to participate in international conferences in New York and the Dominican Republic, the South American country's foreign ministry said.
"Chancellor Arriola will travel to Washington, US, where on Monday, March 27, he will meet with the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, to discuss issues on the bilateral, regional, and multilateral agenda," the portfolio published in a statement.
