Snapshot from Brazil: Bolsonaro articulates opposition front. Lira loses power in Congress

After spending 89 days traveling in the United States, former President Jair Bolsonaro landed in Brazil on Thursday morning (30).

And as soon as he arrived, he already met with leaders of his party, the PL, to draw up the first political plans.

To the press, Bolsonaro said he saw no reason to be made ineligible. For the 2024 elections, the goal is to elect a large front of opposition mayors.
